In January 2025, I presented a project at Azad Gallery in Tehran consisting of five live performances over the course of two weeks. Each performance was a standalone piece, but together they formed a cohesive series connected by a central concept: exploring “energy” as a tool. Through the interplay of energy, materials, and movement, the performances aimed to shape the atmosphere of the space and create an active, responsive engagement with the audience.

The backbone of the third piece was the repetition of a single sentence, 37 times alongside 37 glasses of milk: “And I never forgot from which golden hive that abundance of honey was drawn, in a land where mythical prophets had nourished us, sip by sip, with milk.”
