PEPA (Pequeño Evento de Performance Art) is a grassroots performance art event created by artist Analía Beltrán i Janés in Madrid, Spain, in January 2018. The event emerged from the need for regular performance gatherings in smaller, independent spaces, where artists can come together to build a lively and supportive community around live art. PEPA provides a platform for both emerging and established artists, encouraging fresh and experimental work. This November, I had the opportunity to perform at the event and also lead a workshop titled Seen/Unseen.
