I’m grappling with an ineffable sensation, a state of mind that envelops me with a magical aura, a vibrating presence, or an intangible entity that seems to be attached to everything around me. It’s a kind of energy that reminds me that there’s more to what meets the eye, an ever-present entity that beckons to communicate. Encountering this phenomenon is mesmerizing and invigorating. It is a moment where my mind goes quiet, pupils dilate, and the mundanities of everyday life vanish, leaving only a few seconds of majestic absorption and sublime awe.
In recent years, I’ve been passionately exploring ways to cultivate and facilitate this experience of the sublime. My current project, centered around honey, is an endeavor driven by the same purpose. You might wonder, why honey? At first, it was an intuitive decision, but as I delved deeper into the process, I realized that honey possesses a radiance and high density that draw attention and patience from the observer, priming them for a deeper sense of presence. Beyond the religious narratives that ascribe honey to otherworldly characteristics, these physical qualities of honey have captured my fascination.
